About The Position

CampFire is hiring! We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to help support the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations of our growing team.

Requirements

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Self motivated and dependable

Nice To Haves

  • Prior bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and send client invoices
  • Track accounts receivable and follow up on past due invoices
  • Respond to billing questions
  • Apply payments and maintain QuickBooks records
  • Assist with vendor payments and expense reimbursements
  • Coordinate with our outside bookkeeping partner
  • Keep financial records organized and up to date
  • Support leadership with general administrative and accounting tasks
