Accounting Operation Supervisor

About The Position

As we continue to scale organically and through acquisitions, our Accounting team plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence, financial integrity, and successful integration. We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Credit Supervisor to support core accounting functions, oversee A/P and A/R teams, and help drive process improvements across the organization.

  • Experience with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

  • Experience reviewing and recommending improvements to internal controls and accounting processes
  • Experience providing financial analysis and accounting support for complex issues, business decisions, and M&A activity
  • Experience responding to and resolving A/P, A/R, vendor, and regional inquiries including reconciliations, 1099s, payment runs, and credit requests
  • Experience supporting collections and credit management to minimize risk, assist with bankruptcies, and partner with regional teams
  • Experience ensuring policy adherence and driving operational efficiency through training, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Experience participating in ad-hoc projects and management reviews supporting data integrity and financial objectives.
  • Supervisory experience of A/P and A/R teams
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting the development of accounting staff
  • Experience supporting team-building efforts aligned with the company’s organic and M&A growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Apply US GAAP principles to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting.
  • Support core accounting functions including A/R, A/P, financial reporting, audits, taxes, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; contribute to cash flow projections and management.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to support compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Review and recommend improvements to internal controls and accounting processes under the Accounting Manager’s guidance.
  • Provide financial analysis and accounting support for complex issues, business decisions, and M&A activity.
  • Respond to and resolve A/P, A/R, vendor, and regional inquiries including reconciliations, 1099s, payment runs, and credit requests.
  • Support collections and credit management to minimize risk, assist with bankruptcies, and partner with regional teams.
  • Ensure policy adherence and drive operational efficiency through training, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
