About The Position

The Accounting and Office Administrator provides administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient office operations and accurate, timely financial data.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree
  • Three years of experience working in an office
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers verbally, in writing, by telephone, and face-to-face professionally and with a customer service perspective.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Proficiency in cloud-based CRM applications

Responsibilities

  • Answer company phone and direct calls appropriately.
  • Order office supplies and manage office vendors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office visitors.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Generate monthly contract invoices.
  • Set-up and maintain vendors.
  • Process corporate accounts payable.
  • Review daily deposits and process banking transactions.
  • Maintain fixed asset records.
  • Assist Corporate Accounting Manager with month end close.
  • Provide support to other managers in accounting as needed.
