Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in team management
• Leadership, autonomy, rigor, and results-driven mindset

• CPA (an asset)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely closings
• Ensuring the integrity of financial data and quality of deliverables
• Establishing, monitoring, and improving departmental KPIs
• Optimizing processes (automation, standardization, efficiency)
• Leading, developing, and engaging accounting teams
• Ensuring compliance (internal controls, audits, financial validations)
• Translating strategic directions into concrete actions with leadership
