About The Position

Accounting Manager/ Bookkeeper Lead. Improve. Make an Impact. Pest USA is looking for a strong Accounting Manager to lead our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions while managing and developing a high-performing accounting team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. If you are detail-oriented, confident managing staff, and comfortable taking ownership of financial operations, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Proven experience managing or supervising staff
• QuickBooks proficiency required
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• PestPac experience is a plus
• Pest control or termite industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop accounting staff
• Oversee all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations
• Manage company-wide collections and resolve escalated customer account issues
• Ensure invoices are prepared accurately and timely
• Oversee deposits, banking activity, and credit card reconciliations
• Ensure all vendor payments are processed accurately and on time
• Prepare financial reports and provide data to leadership
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships, contracts, and setups
• Maintain strong internal controls and accurate financial records
