About The Position

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an Accounting Coordinator. Ideal candidate will have experience in an accounting or AP/AR role and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of accounting, AP/AR or bookkeeping experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting practices
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Experience in NetSuite is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process and enter vendor invoices
  • Verify invoices and supporting documentation
  • Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquires
  • Upload invoices and post revenue
  • Apply customer payments
  • Respond to routine customer billing inquiries
  • Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close
  • Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
