This specific role is for an Accounting Coordinator at the Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle in Fort Worth.

Requirements

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and financial software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and work with mathematical concepts.
  • High school diploma with 2 years of clerical experience or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit invoices, process payments, and monitor accounts (Accounts Receivable).
  • Verify, process invoices, and maintain vendor files (Accounts Payable).
  • Maintain financial records, assist with month-end reports, and handle petty cash (General Support).
  • Liaise with departments, customers, and vendors.
