About The Position

In this role, you will support the accounting team by managing invoicing, accounts payable processes, expense reporting, and financial recordkeeping while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience required
  • Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Experience using Concur software
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or print industry accounting
  • Experience supporting audits or financial reporting processes
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and best practices
