About The Position

We are excited to offer an opportunity with a well-established, regional, family-owned company that has been professionally managed and serving the hospitality and healthcare industries since 1934. This role will support the Controller and Assistant Controller in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Accounts Payable and Accounting function.

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of accounting or related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience with MAS500 accounting software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process and record accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure all invoices and expense reimbursements comply with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare payments by accruing expenses and assigning appropriate account codes
  • Assist with managing multiple accounting projects and deadlines
