As an Accounting Clerk (Finance Coordinator), you play a critical role in supporting the financial success of group and catering business. Requirements

  • Have 1–2 years of hospitality, accounting, or finance experience
  • Are skilled in Excel and comfortable learning new systems
  • Are highly detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy
  • Communicate clearly and follow through on tasks
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Take ownership of your work and understand that every detail matters

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile deposits, event postings, and group room accounts with precision
  • Ensure all billing for groups and events is accurate and completed in a timely manner
  • Track incoming deposits, open accounts, and pending adjustments
  • Maintain clear visibility into financial activity related to events and group business
  • Partner with Sales, Catering, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
  • Support cross-department communication to ensure financial alignment
  • Uphold accounting standards and internal processes
  • Assist with ongoing financial operations and reporting as needed
