About The Position

As an Office Clerk/Admin, you're one of the most important members of Norm Reeves Business Office. You will be responsible for efficiently filing all service OR sales contracts related paperwork associated with the service or purchased and sales of new and used vehicles. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone with detail oriented and guest service approach to daily responsibilities. Your work is key in ensuring operational effectiveness and ultimately ensuring guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Experience. This role is a great entry point to your career with us!

Requirements

Automotive dealership experience
CDK experience required
Experience working with new and used car inventory
Accounting knowledge and experience with reconciliations
Strong filing and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
Strong computer and administrative skills
Ability to work independently while supporting a team

Responsibilities

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper documentation
Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Perform reconciliations and Accounts Receivable schedule reconciliations
Maintain accurate new and used vehicle inventory records
Keep dealership files, forms, records, reports, correspondence, and other important documents current and organized
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Accounting/Business Office as needed
Assist with day-to-day administrative and accounting functions
