Requirements

• Knowledge of Financial Policies and Procedures related to truck billing as defined by Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures and Internal Control Systems
• Proficiency with various invoicing and truck billing systems, particularly SAP, Dealer Facing System
• Attention to Detail – Ability to review and analyze invoices and statements with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products etc, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• AA/AS in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 1 year experience in accounting or truck billing

Responsibilities

• Process releasing truck invoices in accordance with Service Level Agreements
• Process miscellaneous truck adjustments, issuing debit and credit notes including repurchased vehicles
• Prepare additional documents for delivery
• Distribute daily reports for trucks shipped from factory
• Provide customer support in accordance with Service Level Agreements
• Review and analyze aged receivable accounts to identify potential risks and provide risks analysis reporting.
