About The Position

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team. The Accounting Assistant will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities

  • Perform general accounting support and clerical duties as assigned.
  • Prepare accounts payable vouchers, perform three-way match, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports.
  • Process accounts payable payments and manage filing.
  • Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies and issues.
  • Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes and audits.
  • Assist with various ad hoc reports and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
