  • Experience in accounting or office administration is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage accounts receivable, with some support in accounts payable
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and monthly summaries
  • Prepare and reconcile daily bank deposits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and statements
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment
