About The Position

This position provides transactional and administrative support to the departments and programs in assigned department. This position provides transaction and administrative support to the Psychological and Brain Sciences and the programs associated with the department.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates/review and upload supporting documentation for purchasing transactions.
  • Processes spend authorizations and expense reports for travel.
  • Process reimbursement requests for department members in your assigned profile.
  • Reviews and processes Procard transactions for approval.
  • Processes internal and external invoices.
  • Monitors account balances, process necessary journals and budget adjustments.
  • Maintains documentation of transaction in accordance with internal and external retention and compliance policies.
  • Provides general office support including supporting human subject payments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
