Superior Plastics is employee owned and seeking a motivated and hands-on Accounting and Office Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing team in Plain City, Ohio. Requirements

  • 2+ years of office, administrative, accounting, or manufacturing support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional phone, email, and customer communication skills
  • Experience with ERP systems or accounting software preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with collections and customer payment processing preferred
  • Basic purchasing or purchase order experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office supplies and administrative Support
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Accounts payable/receivable/collections
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Customer & ERP Coordination
  • Monitor AR aging reports
  • Support customer invoicing and ASN requirements
