Requirements

Excellent technology skills with an ability to learn and feel comfortable with new systems
Ability to help create and manage workflows and processes
Advanced skills in Excel
Ability to talk with people, help them solve problems, and assist people in person
Experience with banking, accounting, and accounting software, such as Quickbooks
Knowledge of basic laws, regulations, best practices and rules of accounting, fund management, and business money management
Strong math skills and ability to work with numbers
Ability to negotiate and solve complicated situations.
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Professional demeanor and attitude, with respect for others’ viewpoints and boundaries.
Meticulous attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a long-term care setting strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborating closely with service department administrators to create effective workflows and efficient processes
Overseeing accounting, reconciling and spending, including developing and streamlining processes between personnel and service departments
Oversee administrative and support functions for various account management
Invoicing, processing and recording payments, reconciling expenditures, and paying bills
Ensuring adherence to regulations, contracts, and internal policies and preparing reports for management across departments
Oversee administrative technology and database functions, including data entry, consistency across all platforms and generating reports as requested.
