About The Position

The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for reconciling credit card transactions daily, including purchases, accrued interest, fees, and payments. This role also involves completing a daily delinquency report, providing financial audit support to the Head of Accounting, and maintaining/updating reports on employee bonus schedules and grant details. Additionally, the analyst will assist the Head of Accounting with the month-end close process, which includes preparing card-related entries, providing supporting documentation to the bookkeeper, and preparing monthly/quarterly investor reporting. The position requires flexibility to work US Pacific time from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Requirements

Prior experience with reconciling credit card transactions.
Prior experience with month end close processes.
Proficient with Excel
Superb communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency, speed and accuracy in written communication.
Fluency, clarity and good diction in English
Flexibility to work US Pacific time 10 AM to 7 PM (with a 1 hour break time in between)
Great organizational skills & time management abilities
Experience using communication tools such as (ZenDesk), task management tools, Google Drive, Email.
Detail Oriented
Bachelor's Degree - in Accounting or Finance.
Must be based in the Philippines

Nice To Haves

Banking or lending industry experience, highly preferred
CPA is a plus
