About The Position

Florida Auto Dealer is seeking a full-time experienced Accounting Administrator. The successful applicant will have 2 plus years of Accounting experience. Requirements

2 plus years of Accounting experience.
Able to file, pack and lift storage boxes.
Ensure compliance with all government regulations.
Maintain a professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of CDK System preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced Automotive Dealership a plus.
Applicants must have a history of stability with a hardworking, positive attitude and the ability to provide superior customer service.

Responsibilities

Back up for floor plan – payoffs/add on with bank.
Post banking including wires, funding and daily transactions as needed.
Daily cash receipting and deposits
Reconcile prior day banking postings against bank activities and monthly bank reconciliations.
Maintain cash/credit card clearance schedules.
Generate wires for vehicle purchasing when needed.
Floor Plan - Vehicle flooring and payoffs, schedules, and reports, when needed.
Prepare licensing and titles for all retail residents and non-resident customer.
Back up for deal breakdown for funding & title tag work.
Other miscellaneous reports to management.
Perform some administrative duties.
Able to file, pack and lift storage boxes.
