Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; QuickBooks experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
• Reconcile daily sales reports, cash drawers, and bank deposits
• Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and documentation in compliance with company standards
• Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping records, and employee data management
• Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration
• Monitor and order office supplies and assist with vendor communications
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership review
