Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles, including proper application of debits and credits.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities

Perform accounting and clerical duties that support accurate financial reporting and business operations.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with financial transaction processing.
Enter, organize, and maintain accurate information within the AgVance ERP system.
Assist with financial analysis, account entries, and preparation of reports.
Review records, identify discrepancies, and help resolve accounting errors.
Support audit preparation and maintain organized financial documentation.
Assist with inventory tracking, verification, and reconciliation processes.
Prepare reports required for business operations, government, and regulatory agencies.
Help ensure compliance with accounting standards, company procedures, and financial policies.
