About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring an Accountant for its Parent Accounting department at its Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, Missouri. Parent Accounting supports more than 50 business units and over 200 departments across multiple countries, giving this role exposure to a broad range of operations and corporate accounting work. The Accountant supports corporate departments, branches, and business groups through financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, invoice processing, and expense management. The role involves collaborating with business partners, providing accounting guidance, identifying process improvements, and supporting sound financial decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Demonstrate communication, customer service, ethics and values, execution, flexibility, and teamwork competencies.

Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries, allocations, account reconciliations, and financial reports to support accurate financial reporting.
Analyze financial results and comparative income statements across business groups and branches, identifying trends and key variances.
Assist with the preparation, compilation, and review of annual budgets and forecasts for corporate departments.
Provide accounting guidance and support to corporate departments as a trusted business partner.
Review, code, and process vendor invoices for products, services, and other business-related expenditures.
Audit and process Travel & Expense reports, monthly credit card statements, and employee reimbursements to ensure policy compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs across accounting operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information and support business decision-making.
