Requirements

  • Financial analysis: The ability to analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Financial reporting: The ability to prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) of Accounting or Finance required
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • CPA license
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. The ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (i.e., 'Green Card holder'), or a protected person (e.g., asylee, or refugee).

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the organization complies with all financial regulations, laws, and internal controls.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Providing support to other members of the finance team, including preparing financial reports.
  • Reconciling financial accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.
  • Create, structure, and maintain WBS elements in SAP to support project planning, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
