As we continue to grow we are looking to add an Account Supervisor in Providence, NY to the Scandi Family! You will be taking care of 1 site located in Pawtucket.

Requirements

2-3 years Supervisory or Customer/Account Management experience
Subject matter expert in commercial cleaning including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; buffing floors; stripping and waxing floors; stone care; carpet cleaning; carpet spotting; upholstery cleaning
Valid driver's license in good standing
Strong customer service skills since this will be a client facing role
Excellent proficiency of the English language in both written and verbal communication
Ambitious, enthusiastic and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Ability to lead a team while fostering a strong team connection and collaboration
Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to handle some high pressure stressful situations
Willingness to learn the cleaning industry

Responsibilities

Conducting site visits at the location within your region ensuring compliance with safety and customer service standards
Creating and fostering strong relationships with key clients and store managers.
Handling all complaints or issues in a prompt and timely fashion ensuring utmost satisfaction at all times
Handling all personnel issues for the hourly Cleaners at your site for both internal and subcontractors including; scheduling, conflicts, hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary action
