About The Position

VOX Global is seeking an Account Supervisor – Video & Animation Specialist to develop compelling video and animation content for clients and take projects from concept through final delivery. Work includes scriptwriting, brand development, storyboarding, voice-over coordination, animation, editing, and final delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong video and design capabilities with hands-on production experience, project management skills, and the ability to deliver polished work under tight deadlines. The role involves owning projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients and teammates, and adapting scopes to budgets and timelines in a fast-paced agency environment. The position is based in Washington, DC, with a requirement to work in the office three days a week. Travel for client events and productions is required, up to 10% annually. The anticipated salary range is $75,000–$100,000. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits is available. Requirements

At least 5 years of experience developing and producing video and animation projects independently from concept through final delivery.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, video editing, animation, and branded content.
Experience developing storyboards, style frames, scripts, and other creative process documents for video projects.
Experience filming on location, including multi-camera setup and operation, lighting configuration, framing and composition, and sound.
Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage competing timelines and priorities and maintain organized project files and assets on shared servers.
Clear communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, and sound judgment in managing client expectations, project timelines, and potential issues.
Ability to receive and interpret client feedback and translate it into polished, client-ready work.
Comfort working with clients, vendors, freelancers, and production crews in a fast-paced agency environment.
Ability and willingness to travel independently for filming and other project needs, up to 10% annually.

Nice To Haves

Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar programs.
Experience scripting or using expressions in After Effects.

Responsibilities

Develop animated explainer videos from start to finish, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and animation.
Create animations and video content using client-provided assets, stock photography and video, illustrations, and custom-designed elements across different visual styles.
Design and animate quick-turn, short-form social content in social-friendly formats.
Develop video branding for video series and help maintain consistency and quality across content.
Edit live-action video and animate motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Coordinate voice-over recording sessions and collaborate with vendors, freelancers, and production crews.
Coordinate client filming, including interviews, B-roll, and events, using cinema cameras and configuring lighting, sound, and camera equipment.
Research software, plugins, equipment, tools, and video techniques to strengthen and expand VOX Global’s video and animation capabilities.
Manage timelines and client expectations by planning ahead, communicating proactively, and flagging potential project issues.
Travel independently for filming and other project needs, as required, up to 10% annually.
