About The Position
Naughty Dog is seeking an eager Animation Assistant to support its animation team on a complex AAA game project. The role focuses on removing production steps and obstacles so the team can concentrate on maintaining high visual quality. This is a temporary engagement through staffing partner Yoh Enterprise Solutions, based at the studio in Santa Monica, California, in a hybrid/onsite arrangement. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Requirements
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the pipeline.
- Some experience with Maya or equivalent 3D animation software.
- Organized and methodical approach to work.
- Proactive communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Trustworthy and dependable, with a positive “can do” attitude.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Must provide a demo reel or examples of work (online preferred), a detailed breakdown of contributions to each project, and an accompanying resume.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Prepare scenes and assets for animation and audio teams.
