The Role We're looking for an organized, people-first problem solver to join our team as an Account Specialist. You'll be the vital link between our customers and our production floor - entering orders, tracking their progress, and keeping customers in the loop every step of the way. If you love juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, we want to hear from you. Bilingual Spanish-English communication is a must for this role. Experience with SAP systems is a strong plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish (spoken) and English (spoken and written) required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing shifting priorities
• Sharp attention to detail, especially with order entry
• Experience in a customer service or account specialist role, particularly in manufacturing or similar industry
• Comfortable with everyday computer tasks including Excel, for tracking orders and managing account data.

Nice To Haves

• SAP system experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Field customer calls and handle communications professionally and promptly
• Act as the liaison between Acme and our customers - gathering needs, relaying them to management, and following up to ensure satisfaction
• Enter and track orders, review open/short/back orders, and log customer conversations in our systems
• Assist with production scheduling and shipping as backup support
• Cover general reception/switchboard duties and support collections on past-due invoices
