Requirements

Customer Service or Account Management experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
Proficiency in utilizing software and tools to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to communicate effectively with various internal departments and external big box retailers.

Responsibilities

Ensuring seamless communication with internal partners such as Purchasing, Operations, and Planning to achieve common objectives.
