About The Position

Exclusive opportunity with Financial Institution located in Golden Valley, MN. We are looking to add 3 new team members to support New Business Applications through FLAIR, supporting policies Inforce. Training will be on site for a minimum of 4 weeks and then become Hybrid. 3 days in office and 2 days remote. This position is open due to an influx of applications. This is a blend of completing tasks and providing customer service to Financial Advisors and Financial Professionals who are submitting the applications for Annuity products. This team supports current customers that want to change their current policy into a new product or policy. Phone work is required, No direct Customer contact but you will be expected to speak with Financial Advisors and Financial Professionals that will communicate with end customers. Most of the communication is through email and a couple of phone calls, if customer/client prefers. Working with Broker Dealers, FMO's, and internal partners. We really would like to see candidates that are NOT afraid to pick up the phone and walk through the Financial Advisors issues. Typical Day - processing and accuracy is very important. Number of tasks processed per day could be as much as 50 items, very high volume. Easier items would require less research, investigative work, etc. When working the more difficult tasks, processing 25 items daily would be expected due to the amount of time spent in discovery. Work Environment / Department Info - New Business FLAIR Annuity (Variable and Fixed). Applications are being sent to this team from Field Reps (Financial Advisors). Each application needs to be reviewed and sent back if there are errors or items missing. The field reps are working directly with customers and the field reps rely on you to get the application approved and in force!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent professional corporate experience

Responsibilities
