Exclusive opportunity with a Financial Institution located in Golden Valley, MN, open due to an influx of applications. Training will be on-site for a minimum of 4 weeks, then transitioning to a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote). This role supports New Business applications for Annuities, focusing on creating quality business flows and resolving issues efficiently. It involves a blend of task completion and customer service for Financial Advisors or Financial Professionals who submit applications for Annuity products. While there is no direct customer contact, communication with Financial Advisors and Financial Professionals is required, primarily via email with occasional phone calls. Collaboration with Broker Dealers, FMO's, and internal partners is also part of the role. The ideal candidate is comfortable proactively assisting Financial Advisors with their issues.
