About The Position

We are partnering with a leading financial institution in Golden Valley, MN, that is actively expanding its team due to increased business volume and application activity. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with financial services, operations, processing, or customer service experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. As part of the New Business Annuity Operations Team, you will support the processing of fixed annuity applications submitted by Financial Advisors and Financial Professionals. Your role will be critical in ensuring applications are reviewed accurately, processed efficiently, and placed in force as quickly as possible. This position combines operational processing responsibilities with professional relationship management. While there is no direct customer interaction, you will regularly communicate with Financial Advisors, Financial Professionals, Broker Dealers, FMOs, and internal business partners to resolve issues and move applications through the approval process.

Responsibilities

Review and process new annuity applications for accuracy and completeness
Identify and resolve missing information, discrepancies, or processing issues
Follow established standard operating procedures and compliance requirements
Communicate with Financial Advisors and other business partners primarily through email and phone
Research and investigate complex application issues
Partner with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and turnaround times
Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity
