About The Position

The Account Services Coordinator (ASC) plays a vital role in creating customer experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence. The ASC is a key partner in the sales process, managing daily account activities and ensures customer orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a service‑first mindset. Working closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and cross‑functional partners, the ASC proactively identifies opportunities to support revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires exceptional communication, strong organization, attention to detail, the ability to navigate multiple priorities, and a solution-driven approach.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, serving as the customer’s primary liaison.
  • Communicate pricing, inventory, lead times, and shipping information clearly to manage expectations.
  • Provide timely updates on out‑of‑stock items and collaborate with sales and operations to identify alternatives.
  • Identify opportunities for inventory management solutions such as contracts or floor‑stock agreements.
  • Own customer issues from intake through full resolution.
  • Handle client quality and documentation requests.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop account growth strategies, plan client communications, and prepare quotes or samples.
  • Provide service updates and contribute to team planning during weekly sales meetings.
