About The Position

We are leaders in the industry and we’re proud of it. This is a route-based position that will follow a set account sequence. This position will manage and maintain inventory for our customers, while providing excellent customer service while seeking growth opportunities. This role will also be responsible for accurately managing inventory at customer sites, generating restocking orders and selling new product. Additionally, the incumbent will ensure all orders are reviewed with customers, inventory is rotated according to company freshness standards, and point-of-sale materials are up to date. In addition to the generous benefits offering, this position has a starting base pay of $42k, plus additional monthly bonus earnings up to $1500 along with a generous monthly vehicle allowance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous route-based DSD experience is preferred.
  • 1+ years of account management/sales experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of B2B customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using mobile apps and basic computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to repetitively lift and move products weighing around 30 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Kentucky Alcohol Beverage Control Solicitors License (Paid by Kentucky Eagle)

Responsibilities

  • Follow a pre-determined route sequence to service accounts efficiently.
  • Perform accurate inventory counts at customer sites.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customer needs and inquiries.
  • Sell-in products, secure placements of new products.
  • Ensure timely execution of all marketing programs and placement of POS.
  • Enter inventory data into the company's app, enabling AI-driven order generation.
  • Review AI-generated orders with customers to confirm accuracy and completeness.
  • Rotate stock according to company freshness policies to maintain product quality.
  • Ensure correct and current point-of-sale information is displayed at each location.
  • Collaborate with BDR as needed to increase volume and/or profitability.
  • Maintain customer records, including pricing and other information.
  • Submit customer orders before the designated deadlines.
