About The Position

Mission Linen Supply is seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to develop new business and build a book of business. The role involves selling rental and direct sales products to hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses. No linen or uniform industry experience is required; the company will train the successful candidate on its products and market. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. The role offers a base salary of $800 per week, plus commission and incentives. Account Representatives averaged $126,000 in total compensation in 2025. This is a full-time position with benefits at a family-owned, privately held provider of linen, uniform, and facility service products across five western states.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination.
Valid driver's license for local travel to visit prospective customers.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales or customer service experience in the linen/uniform rental industry or with similar customers in hospitality, medical, or industrial businesses.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office tools.
College-level coursework.

Responsibilities

Acquire new rental and direct sales business through cold calls, lead generation, and networking.
Develop new sales opportunities with existing customers.
Maintain or exceed established sales quotas for rental business and direct sales.
Display or demonstrate products using samples, marketing tools, and catalogs.
Quote prices and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
Prepare reports and maintain expense accounts.
Travel locally to visit prospective customers.
