About The Position

Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Representative for their Fulfillment Recruitment & Development team (FR&D). This position is responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline of high-value accounts and executing sales and account management strategies to exceed output goals. The individual will identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within senior management teams of existing accounts, as well as internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The role involves creating and presenting compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements, with a focus on a High ASP workstream that has high visibility and significant impact potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, finance, retail technology, logistics, or software industries.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive experience using AI tools, Excel and MS Office applications
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Passion for continuous improvement through collaboration and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is valuable.
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level

Responsibilities

  • Driving outreach efforts across a pipeline of high ROI opportunity customers.
  • Capturing the Voice of the Seller (VOS) as anecdotes to surface key learnings, objections, and pain points that will then be presented to product stakeholders to improve product suite.
  • Regular participation and contributions in weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews.
  • Document writing to be reviewed by Director level leaders.
