About The Position

Account Development Representatives initiate and manage relationships with customers and serve as the point of contact for the Company. This position is responsible for coordinating selling efforts to grow new and incremental sales with the target account list. This includes face to face calls with key customers, phone calls, and executing targeted selling events. The Account Development Representative is responsible for identifying target accounts by partnering with Sales Representatives on sales calls to help identify ways to deepen business relationships. Heavy prospecting is key in this position and the incumbent will be expected to add new accounts to the target account list and log all contacts and calls with target accounts. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
