About The Position

The Account Project Manager (APM) is responsible for leading the day-to-day management of health & beauty client projects/programs from kickoff through production release. This role serves as the central coordinator between clients and internal teams supporting the sales team, ensuring projects remain on schedule, deliverables are completed, and risks are proactively managed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has attention to detail and can successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration. As the liaison between sales and the execution team, this role is crucial for keeping all team members on task and on time.

Requirements

  • Onsite at our Health & Beauty Facility to properly manage the day-to-day.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to learn how to effectively use databases systems such as ERP’s.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilize the tact and diplomacy required to foster a team environment while keeping projects on schedule and budget.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Kick-offs and manages the overall processes related to: Engineering, Artwork Management, Instruction sheets, Distro Lists, Enter Orders in Internal Database
  • Internal & external system data entries to keep projects moving & up to date.
  • Manage client projects/programs from kickoff through production release.
  • Serve as the central coordinator between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed.
  • Proactively manage risks.
  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Keep all team members on task and on time.
