We’re looking for an organized Accounts Payable Technician who wants to keep our financial engine running smoothly while being an active part of our dynamic, human culture. Your Role Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient management of our accounts payable. Your mission: Handle daily accounts payable's financial operations while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Requirements
- DEC in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong mastery of Excel, Google Sheets, and the Office Suite.
- Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A true team player with great communication skills!
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounts payable cycle (vendor creation, invoice entry, validation, approvals, payment preparation, subsidiary ledger analysis, and vendor communication).
- Validate receipts, ensure correct expense allocation, obtain approvals, and sync data into the accounting system up to payment.
- Perform bank reconciliations, prepare banking transactions for payments, and participate in month-end analyses.
- Contribute to process optimization, participate in key projects, and assist with related tasks as needed.
