About The Position

Job Responsibilities: Manage account relationships, maintain effective communications and ensuring customer requirements are met. Review and update condition report; add damages based on customer standards. Add repair and paint times for body work and recommend smart repairs. Walk vehicles to make recommendations for reconditioning that meet customer standards and goals. Provide quality service and assist in resolving problems. Respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles. Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles to the shops and ensure timely completion of reconditioning. In coordination with account representative, account administrator, and account specific procedures ensure quality of repairs, prep vehicles for imaging, and finalize QC when vehicles sell. Work with lot operations for organization of account vehicles. Work with commercial clients to relay information regarding the condition of their vehicle and obtain required approvals to move forward with reconditioning and repairs. Work with retail/ commercial clients and key vendors to manage the ordering and accounting of keys. Partner closely with inside sales teams to ensure a unified approach in serving clients, enhancing their experience through seamless coordination and alignment of strategies. Review vehicles as needed, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representatives to ensure vehicles are ready for sale or retail ready. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • The role consists of 70% outside work and 30% in office administrative.
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
  • Prior experience vehicle reconditioning and or general auto body knowledge required.
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team-based interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.
