About The Position

This role is responsible for managing account relationships, maintaining effective communications, and ensuring customer requirements are met. The specialist will review and update condition reports, approve and audit vehicle repair reports, and walk vehicles to make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value. They will provide quality service, assist in resolving problems, and respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles. This position also involves communicating with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles to shops and timely completion of reconditioning. In coordination with account representatives, the specialist will prepare sale vehicle presentations, verify certifications/announcements, and work with lot operations for account vehicle organization. They will review vehicles in the sale lineup, locate missing vehicles, and ensure vehicles are ready for sale. The role requires active participation in safety activities and visible demonstration of safety commitment. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of how to operate PC software applications (i.e., MS Office, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

  • In coordination with account representative, account administrator, and account specific procedures prepare sale vehicle presentation and verify certification/announcements.
  • Work with lot operations for organization of account vehicles.
  • Review vehicles in sale line up, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representative to ensure vehicles are ready for sale.
  • Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
