About The Position

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company and a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification, is seeking an Account Manager. This role is crucial for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth within existing accounts in the Energy+ markets. The Account Manager will promote Pall's full range of technologies, equipment, services, and solutions, focusing on strengthening relationships with end-users and customer management. The position is part of the Western Region Energy+ Sales Team and will be a remote role covering Arizona, California, and Nevada.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical or General Industrial industries.
  • In exchange for sales experience, experience as a process/project/maintenance engineer in an Oil & Gas, refining or petrochemical facility looking to start a career in technical sales will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (preferably in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or technical degree) or equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience in consumables sales as well as capital equipment is desired.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to travel – minimum 75% travel (including overnight travel, as applicable).
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Filtration and separation product sales.
  • Previous experience in Energy transition solutions.
  • Experience with SFDC or other CRM platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets.
  • Drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management.
  • Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Pall filters, coalescers and housings in the Energy+ markets.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact customer capacity expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales and strategic teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful sales completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Pall (Field Application Specialists, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, etc.) to develop and implement effective sales strategies that address customers’ needs promptly and secure sales opportunities.
  • Report and communicate all high-value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ standard work.
  • Maintain a strong, regular customer presence with multiple daily high-level face-to-face customer interactions, utilizing tools such as account plans.
