Account Manager
About The Position
Integrated DME Services (IDS) manages consigned durable medical equipment (CDME) dispensed by PSJH healthcare clinicians at patient points of care in hospitals, clinics, and emergency department or urgent care locations. IDS serves as the program expanding and managing CDME across PSJH. This hybrid position requires travel in eastern Washington and other areas as needed. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday on the day shift. The position requires driving; caregivers must comply with applicable state driving laws and requirements and provide proof of a driver license and auto insurance upon request. The employee must reside within a 40-mile radius of Spokane, Washington. The role is with PSCS Divisional Services at Providence, which describes its culture as patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, mutual respect, and empowering caregivers.
Requirements
- Associate's degree, or high school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience.
- Customer service and collaborative teamwork experience.
- Reside within a 40-mile radius of Spokane, Washington.
- Driving is necessary; comply with state driving laws and requirements.
- Provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience.
- 2 years of Home Medical Equipment business experience.
- 1 year of field service and/or medical field experience.
- 1 year of sales experience.
- 1 year of experience servicing multi-account entities.
