About The Position

We’re seeking a driven Account Manager to join a high-performing commercial team focused on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence across assigned territories. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic customer relationships while identifying new opportunities across product lines. The Account Manager plays a key role in driving sales performance through acquisition, retention, and account expansion. This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting long-term business expansion within a competitive industrial market.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of outside industrial sales experience
  • Strong customer relationship and account management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to analyze data, build sales strategies, and close opportunities
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell industrial products, systems, and services to new and existing customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Research market trends and competitive activity to support sales planning
  • Partner with service and operations teams to deliver customer solutions and process orders
  • Support account setup, billing coordination, and collections follow-up
  • Track delivery commitments and ensure timely execution of customer orders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen account performance and service delivery
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and procedures
