Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts across the full customer lifecycle, owning both renewal and expansion outcomes with a long-term, win/win mentality.
  • Execute all business reviews, 180-day renewal milestones, and value touchpoints on schedule with polished preparation and clear follow-through.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive platform adoption, uncover expansion opportunities, and proactively surface risk before it becomes churn.
  • Own and report on the renewal, expansion, and retention forecast with at least one full quarter of forward visibility.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions of new accounts from Account Executives into Account Management, ensuring continuity of relationships and momentum.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success/Support teams on the creation and delivery of Customer Success Plans and maturity growth models.
  • Demonstrate and quantify Invoca’s platform value to stakeholders from marketing staff to C-suite executives, building the business case for renewal and growth.
  • Demonstrate a mastery of multi-threading: penetrate accounts deeply to build a network of internal champions and executive allies.
  • Build and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and software demonstrations tailored to enterprise-level audiences.
