If you have experience within the HVAC or plumbing industry, outside sales experience, a drive to hunt for and win new business accounts, and a passion for building strong long-term customer partnerships, this is an exciting opportunity! Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing products and systems
  • Strong cold calling, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining acceptable profit margins
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Eclipse software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed the expectations of our customers by providing a positive customer experience
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship development
  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with HVAC contractors and customers
  • Conduct sales calls to follow up on customer inquiries and identify new opportunities
  • Generate price quotes and prepare bids that meet customer expectations for quality and value
  • Negotiate pricing for larger or high-volume customer opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Educate others, both internal and external, about HVAC
  • Assist with customer deliveries when necessary
  • Support the credit department with account follow-up and payment collection when needed
  • Participate in customer events and relationship-building activities
  • Maintain a professional image as a representative of the company
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and maintain regular and reliable attendance
