About The Position

The Account Manager oversees all cleaning operations within their assigned building(s) in Wright County, MN. They lead, support, and guide their team to ensure Squeaky Services’ standards, policies, and values are consistently met. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide backup coverage when team members are absent. Account Managers play a key role in delivering high-quality, on-time service while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise assigned cleaning team(s) and ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are completed according to contract and company standards.
  • Provide hands-on support and fill in when staff call out, ensuring coverage without compromising service quality.
  • Train new team members on cleaning processes, safety procedures, handbook expectations, and building-specific needs.
  • Ensure all employees follow Squeaky Services’ handbook, policies, safety rules, and attendance guidelines.
  • Primary contact with your account employees ensures issues are resolved.
  • Relaying information to higher up’s on issues on account like to many call off’s or bad team member
  • Attending Management meetings with all Leadership as well as being prepared with topic to talk about
  • Attendance of minimum of 3 company events
  • Relay feedback regarding facility issues to the President and Operation Manager.
  • Conduct weekly walkthroughs to check quality, identify improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use the communication notebook, or direct conversation to update staff on expectations or correct issues and keep in touch via phone.
  • Keep supply rooms stocked, organized, and clean.
  • Submit requests for supply needs, equipment repairs, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Retrieving supplies, and chemicals needed at accounts
  • Ensure that employees have proper uniforms and are using it properly.
  • Serve as the main contact for building-level communication.
  • Respond to notes or concerns from clients and relay important information to the Relationship Manager.
  • Maintain professional, respectful communication at all times.
  • Adjust team assignments to ensure proper coverage for call-outs or workload changes.
  • Approves time off request
  • Communicate attendance concerns or repeated issues to the President and Operation Manager.
  • Support team members by ensuring clear expectations and fair workload distribution.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of time cards and reporting instances of hours exceeding the budget.
  • Ensure employees follow OSHA standards and all safety procedures.
  • Report all incidents, injuries, and safety concerns immediately.
  • Confirm that checklists, logs, and required building paperwork are completed accurately.
  • Ensure all chemicals in use are appropriately labeled.
  • Ensuring employees utilize the appropriate color-coded cloths for cleaning tasks.
  • Account Managers are leaders and representatives of Squeaky Services and are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.
  • Account Managers must not participate in gossip, rumors, or drama of any kind
  • Personal opinions, frustrations, or conflicts must never be discussed with team members, clients, or outside parties.
  • Any concern involving another manager must be addressed directly with that individual or escalated appropriately to the Office Manager or Operations Manager—never discussed with others.
  • Account Managers must not speak negatively about any other manager, employee, client, or company decision.
  • Sensitive, confidential, or internal information must never be shared with anyone outside of Squeaky Services or with team members who do not need that information to perform their job.
  • Creating or spreading drama, engaging in gossip, or sharing confidential information is unprofessional and not aligned with Squeaky Services’ values. These behaviors may result in corrective action.
