About The Position

XNRGY Climate Solutions is a North American leader in the design and manufacturing of custom air handling and liquid cooling systems serving hyperscale data centers, healthcare, life sciences, semiconductor, and other mission-critical markets. With operations in Canada and the United States, XNRGY is scaling rapidly to support accelerating customer demand. The Sales Project Manager / Account Manager owns the customer relationship from initial commercial engagement through delivery readiness of the equipment. This role ensures that customer commitments are clearly defined, formally approved, and executable by XNRGY’s internal teams. The Sales PM acts as the customer’s primary interface while coordinating closely with Product and Service Project Managers who own execution activities.

Requirements

  • Owns the complete customer relationship from quotation through shipment readiness
  • Manages customer communication, alignment, and expectation management during quotation and contract finalization, engineering and manufacturing execution, and delivery preparation
  • Ensures accuracy and clarity of commercial scope, contractual assumptions, deviations, and customer approvals
  • Works closely with Product and Service Project Managers who own execution activities

Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation of bids, proposals, and customer submittals with internal stakeholders
  • Organize and lead the formal project kickoff, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, risks, and constraints
  • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact for questions, clarifications, and approvals
  • Lead customer discussions related to scope clarification, schedule alignment, and commercial or contractual changes
  • Ensure all customer approvals are formally obtained and documented
  • Maintain customer confidence while protecting execution teams from misaligned or premature commitments
  • Establish disciplined customer communication and approval workflows
  • Eliminate ambiguous commitments and internal rework
  • Consistently lead high-quality project kickoffs
  • Maintain strong customer relationships during XNRGY’s growth phase
