XNRGY Climate Solutions is a North American leader in the design and manufacturing of custom air handling and liquid cooling systems serving hyperscale data centers, healthcare, life sciences, semiconductor, and other mission-critical markets. With operations in Canada and the United States, XNRGY is scaling rapidly to support accelerating customer demand. The Sales Project Manager / Account Manager owns the customer relationship from initial commercial engagement through delivery readiness of the equipment. This role ensures that customer commitments are clearly defined, formally approved, and executable by XNRGY’s internal teams. The Sales PM acts as the customer’s primary interface while coordinating closely with Product and Service Project Managers who own execution activities.
