Baselayer is seeking a founding Account Manager to be the ultimate relationship builder and trusted advisor for clients making mission-critical fraud and compliance decisions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, embrace challenges, and drive success in a fast-growing startup environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite executives and client teams, acting as the primary point of contact for major financial institutions, payment providers, and fintech companies. The goal is to drive account growth through upsells, renewals, and referrals by ensuring customer success with Baselayer. You will also become an expert in customer workflows and pain points, collaborating with internal teams to address them, and developing playbooks and processes to scale the Account Management/Customer Success function. This role reports directly to the CEO and involves collaboration with product and engineering teams.
