About The Position

Murj is an enterprise SaaS company that provides cardiac device management software. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts after launch and transition to Murj. This role builds and maintains customer relationships, supports customer satisfaction and retention, drives renewals, and grows revenue through upselling and cross-selling Murj products and services. In collaboration with Sales, the Account Manager facilitates quotes for clinical services, manages contract renewals, and supports account growth. The role requires understanding cardiac device clinic operations and aligning customer needs with Murj’s platform capabilities, while working independently and taking initiative. The Account Manager works with customer stakeholders and internal teams—including Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Services, and Legal—to monitor account health, improve platform use, prepare and present business reviews, and identify retention and growth opportunities. The position also involves documenting customer activity and platform changes in Salesforce and using account data to inform recommendations. During the first 90 days, the Account Manager is expected to learn the Murj platform and its relevance to cardiac device clinics; review assigned accounts, contract details, histories, and usage metrics; build relationships with internal teams and customer contacts; establish communication routines; and begin identifying account risks, improvement opportunities, and potential sales. By Day 90, the Account Manager should have visibility into their book of business, be contributing to renewal and growth conversations and data-driven account planning, and demonstrate ownership of customer outcomes. Travel expectations are 31–50%, including regular meetings, site visits, or events across multiple locations.
