Requirements

3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse clients

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
Prepare and present account reports, proposals, and performance updates to clients
Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally
Track account activity and maintain accurate records in CRM software
Works well with all levels of teams, management and leadership
Ability to work rotating oncall duty [evenings, weekends, and holidays]
